Eligibility for Return and Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

1. The item delivered to you is damaged or defective.
2. We delivered the wrong size or color of the item.

Return Period

You may return any item for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return and Refund

We do not accept returns for:

1. Products damaged due to misuse, even if the warranty is still valid.
2. Products that have already been assembled or installed unless they are proven to be defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

3. Our customer support team will provide you with information about your return product.
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the Order number clearly on the package.
5. Our delivery team will come there and collect the items or you can return them at our warehouse or store. Please ensure that the product is properly packed and protected to avoid any damage during the return shipping.
